WE RENTED A DIRTY INFLATBLE FORM ANOTHER COMPANY BEFORE, DO YOU SANITIZE YOUR INFLATABLES?
Yes, all of our inflatables are inspected and clean at our facility and at every rental set up and pick up. We make sure you have a clean and sanitize product.

DO YOU DELIVER TO SUBURS ON SOUTH SIDE?
Yes, We deliver to All Chicago Area, West Suburbs ( ONLY THE ONES NEXT TO CHICAGO), South Side Suburbs & North West Indiana. Sorry North Side Suburbs, been on time is very important to us and our clients! give us a call, text or e-mail if we can help you in any way, we will.!
 
DO YOU DELIVER TO NORTH  SIDE OF THE CITY OR DOWNTOWN AREA?
Note; NORH SIDE OF CHICAGO, there is a minimum of $250 for us to be able to deliver)
 
Deliveries to Downtown area; we deliver to parks, recreational areas, first floor buildings with
in a 20 feet distance, (Delivery fee may change on some occasions).

IM GOING TO A PARK, IS THE GENERATOR INCLUDED ON THE IN FLATABLE RENTAL?
NO, Generators are not included on any inflatable rentals and must be add it. You can find our generators under
"PARTY EXTRAS" link on our page.

HOW LONG IS THE RENTAL FOR?
Rentals are for one day-ONE DAY means, we deliver before 1pm (between 8am-1pm) and pick up the next day before1pm.
SAME DAY PICK UP; We deliver before 1pm and pick up between 6:30pm - 7:30pm ( no dark hours) if you have any questions regarding pick ups, let us know and we'll try to work out with your schedule.

IS THERE AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR DELIVERIES ON A BUILDING?
Yes, there may be an extra charge for that- We try to be fair with every delivery and try to help you in any way we can. Most of our deliveries are made to first floors or by the front door, backyards, front yards, etc.

DO YOU SET UP THE TENT AND INFLATABLE?
Yes, we set up and make sure our bouncers and tents are secure, any tables and chairs- we don't set them up.

SANITATION & CLEANING
Our inflatables units are clean and sanitize at set-up time and at pick up time to ensure you a good and clean unit.


DELIVERY

Delivery to Chicago, West-South Suburbs & North-West Indiana
There is a minimum of $189.00 order for Suburbs bordering the South and West side of Chicago and a minimum order of $250 for Suburbs farther away on the South and West side of Chicago..
Deliveries are made between:
8:00 am - 1pm
Pick ups. depends on items and choice 
Delivery fee applies to all orders.
(fees range from $16.99-$49.99) You'll able to see your delivery fee when placing an order.


GENERAL RULES

* Amount of kids allowed in the inflatable unit is between 7 - 11 ( at the same time) this is determined by the size of the kids and the type/size of the inflatable unit. All of our inflatable units have rules and weight limit post it on them.
* All riders MUST REMOVE SHOES before playing in the inflatable unit.

* To avoid neck and back injuries, Flips are not allowed.
* Before sliding down a slide, make sure no one is at the bottom of the slide.
* Do not bounce against the walls or entrance or exits.
* Absolutely no "Silly String", gum, candy, food or other sticky substances are allowed in the inflatable unit. If upon pick up, such cleaning is required them a�
$ 75.00 cleaning fee shall be automatically imposed.
* No alterations in or attachments to the inflatable unit.
* Children's safety depends upon you. Your personal supervision is absolutely�
required. �As the lessee of the inflatable unit, the safety of all riders is your responsibility. �( an agreement must be sign at delivery time )
